A message from our team

Thank you for considering Oliver Nola for your home. We know that inviting a contractor in is a decision built on trust, and we take that seriously from the first conversation.

Our approach is simple. We listen before we price, we explain before we build, and we stay reachable until the job is finished. You will always know who is responsible for your project and what is happening next.

We are proud to build and renovate homes in the community we call home, and we look forward to showing you what that looks like in practice.

Who we are

Oliver Nola is a construction and renovation company based in Metairie, Louisiana. Our team brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience and has completed more than 100 projects, from new homes and foundations to roofs, siding, concrete and complete interior remodels.

We focus on residential work across Jefferson Parish, Orleans Parish and the West Bank. Working close to home means we know the soils, the storms and the permitting offices our clients deal with, and it means we are nearby when a question comes up after the job is done.

What ties our services together is a way of working: careful assessment, honest scoping, organized job sites and attention to the details that keep water out and structures sound.

Our mission

To build and renovate homes in the Metairie area with craftsmanship, clear communication and methods suited to South Louisiana, so every client knows what they are getting and gets what was promised.
